The home includes a walk up ramp for easy access and an elevator to make it easy to go up and down.

Good to know

The whole house has four bedrooms and four king size beds that will sleep 8 adults. The property has two mini child pull out sofas that keep sleep four children four years old and under. The whole house has two kick out sofas that could sleep teenagers. Remember to bring extra bed linens for the mini sofas and the kick out sofas if planning on using for sleeping for the children. If have little ones under two bring your own pack and play crib. The whole house has two great rooms one on each floor. Apartment "A" great room is on top floor and Apartment "B" has the great room on the lower walk out floor.

House rules

Rental age is 25 years or older. Isaiah 61 House Rental is one mile away from where John & Heidi White live just off of Kaiser Rd. We allow 2 pets that are under 20 pounds and are house trained. Because there is a street our front always use a leash when out side in front. Apartment A has a full great room, 2 king size bedrooms, washer and dryer and two baths. A fold out sofa that can sleep 2 children. Shared water front porches top and bottom floors and the grill on the right is used for apartment "A" . Left grill is for apartment "B". Both can be used if renting whole house. Apartment B has a full great room, 2 king size bedrooms, washer and dryer and two baths. A fold out sofa that can sleep two children. The Full House Rental has two great rooms, 4 king size bedrooms, four baths, two washer and dryer rooms and can use the whole facility to sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children. The property has a boat doc that four boats can tie up or a mix of boats and jet skis. The whole house has two great rooms one on each floor. Apartment "A" great room is on top floor and Apartment "B" has the great room on the lower walk out floor.
